User Guide

How to use PNG EDS

📱
WhatsApp Required
Your registered phone number must be active on WhatsApp. This is how your runner contacts you and how booking notifications are sent.

Create an Account
Tap My Account → New Customer – Sign Up Free. Enter your full name, email, WhatsApp number, and a password. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it before signing in.

Choose a Service
Tap Book a Job and pick a service from the grid (Market Run, Grocery, Pharmacy, Bank Queue, etc.). Tap the card to select it, then tap Continue.

Enter Job Details
Fill in your name, WhatsApp number, location/address, and a clear job description. If the runner needs to buy items for you, enter the expected Item Budget (K). Be specific — list exact items, brands, quantities, and store preferences.

Choose Payment
Select how you will pay:

BSP Transfer — Transfer funds to the PNG EDS BSP account shown on screen, then upload a screenshot of your transaction as proof.
💵
Cash — Pay the runner directly. Have the exact amount ready. The runner will not start until cash is received.
🤝
Runner Advance — Premium customers only. Pay after the job is completed.

Confirm & Track
Tap Confirm Booking. You'll receive a booking reference number (e.g. #042) and your runner is notified via WhatsApp instantly. Tap Chat With Runner on WhatsApp to message them directly. Use the Track Job tab anytime to check your job status.

📲 Install the App on Your Phone
Android (Chrome): Tap the banner or ⋮ menu → Add to Home Screen.
iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen.
PNG EDS will appear on your home screen just like a regular app.
